Has My Order Shipped?

When will my order ship?

If the item is not on back ordered, it will take 48-72 hours to ship pending on the season. Backorders dates are provided on order page.

My order never arrived.

Click the “My Account” link at the top right-hand side of our site to track your order status. Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already. If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of “delivered”, please contact customer service for assistance at 1-800-956-5128

How do I return an item?

If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days in new (Does not apply to Wholesale Accounts. Please contact your sales/customer service for options, unworn condition with original packaging. In order to accept your return, you must request a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by sending an email to sales@lovepastry.ca. The RMA, unpaid shipping label and return address will then be emailed to you.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

If you need to make any modifications to your order, we recommend reaching out to customer service immediately at sales@lovepastry.ca
Orders that have already been sent to our warehouse for packing and shipping cannot be canceled, added to, or modified.

How do your size fit and how do sizes compare between US, EU and UK systems?

Our shoes are expert fit tested for size and comfort and fit true to street size.

State sales tax is calculated on merchandise, shipping and handling fees for the shipment address.
Sales tax exempt institutions and business must submit a Tax Exemption Certificate for the ship to address with your order.

Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

When will my credit card be charged and payment options?

Credit cards are charged at time of receiving of order unless on backorder. Wholesale orders are billed in full at time of receive of order including back orders.

What are my payment choices?

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.

Do you accept Purchase Orders?

We welcome P.O.s only from private schools, public schools, Y’s and recreational departments. We accept P.O.s with complete details, including ship to, bill to, contact information, email address, style numbers, shipping charges, prices and ship date. P.O.s do not qualify for discounts or free shipping. P.O.s qualify for 30 day dating after shipping

What is your return policy?

*Due to the nature of our business we do not accept returns or cancellation of special make orders. Contact Customer Service for additional information.

*Garments may be returned for size exchange, a handling fee may be charged. We do not accept returns for credit or refunds. Exchanges will be treated as new orders with normal production lead time. All payments are due at time of order. All tights and fishnets are non-returnable.
* A return authorization label must be requested from customer service for all returns within 3 weeks of receipt of shipment. Return authorization number must be clearly placed on the outside of your returned parcel otherwise shipment will be rejected. The number will insure a timeline process of your exchange. Include all accessories and packing miterial that are sold with the garment. Do not include optional accessories or purchased accessories that are not part of the item. Do not include additional items that were not authorized for return.
